replay av crashes when hit record

when I hit record and then 'stream capture video or audio clips' the program crashes every time.

Any ideas?

What version of Windows are you using? What link are you trying to record? Have you allowed the program in your firewall. People need more info in order to help you.

thank you for the response.
I am using Vista; the firewall is part of McAfee and shows Replay AV as an 'allowed' program.

Because I had been having such difficulties, I tried to capture a youtube video

that I had successfully captured when I downloaded the trial version - no luck.
