Everything gets renamed to "new video(x).flv"

Hello, recently I have this problem: everything I download gets renamed to "new video(x).flv".
Its kinda annoying when you download alot of stuff, and need to open to check the content and rename every file manually.
It wasn't like this before. Its because of some win or flash update?

Its a bit old.. 2.1.. Still working great despite that..

YouTube has made several changes recently. We have got the renaming working again with the latest version. Are you using the demo version?
