problem with Converter tool

Before I purchased the authorization code, I was able to convert all the video that I captured. No matter what site. After the purchase, I'm only able to convert some of the .flv files I've captured.

I thought it might be a file size limitation, as some of the files are larger than 60 mb. I thought it might be the site I downloaded the files from, but I was able to capture video from this site, and convert the files without a problem.

So far I only seem to be able to convert video I've captured from You Tube.

Mine does the same thing.

Although smaller files do convert, the problem is. . .

After paying, now it won't convert files of 800mb and larger size.

I contacted tech support and they replied back fairly promptly and explained that the software can't capture and convert every file. So that's that I guess.
