Seems like it's a flash player file? I've watched the programme in full, although it buffers a lot. Then when I open Replay AV to record, it doesn't appear in cache.

Any help?

This is not going to work with AV but it does work great with Replay Media Catcher (http://www.applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php). Give it a try and see how it works for you.
