Hulu video's with Subtitles?

I was able to download a Hulu video in standard-def, but is it possible to download the subtitles? It's in Japanese with English subtitles. Has anyone been able to do this?

Media Catcher will not grab subtitles. You need to use Replay Video Capture (http://www.applian.com/replay-video-capture/index.php) for this. Thanks!
