I'm having a similar problem as the previous poster. I'm trying to record YouTube videos, but each time it stops before the YouTube video is complete. I was using the trial version, so I thought it was due to that, so I paid the registration fee, but it is still doing the same thing.

I'm using WinXP, and I was using Mozilla Firefox 3. I also tried using Internet Explorer 7, with the same result.

I'm going to ask for my money back if this is not resolved.

Does the program shut down, or does the recording just stop? Have you played the files back? Media Catcher often captures faster than real time. Please play the files back. If you are still getting incomplete files open a ticket within the support department. thanks!

The recording stopped about halfway into the video, so I assumed it was cutting off the end of the video like it did when I had the demo version, but like you said, it actually had recorded the entire video.

Thanks!!
