View Full Version : Tech Support ticket not answered (3 days now)

I filled out a tech support form several days ago without any response.

Here is my problem. My hard drive crashed and I reloaded my Replay A/V 7 files and re-entered by registration code. However, the "Network Adapter to Monitor:" dropdown is empty ...

I've reset my network connection, added ReplayAV to my Windows Firewall exceptions list, ReplayAV is active on my Firewall ...

Any other ideas?

It would be great to get some kind of response from tech support!!!

Hi Mike,

I'm in the replay AV que right now and don't see any open tickets.

While I personally didn't respond to your ticket it, it's quite possible that it was responded to by another staff member. Do me a favor please and check your spam/trash folders for a response. Also, check the ORIGINAL email you received when you opened the ticket, there should be a link in there to the ticket where you can view the last action, and any responses, etc.
