BBC iplayer recorded in the demo but not in registered :(

hey,

I just decided to buy RMC but i am now shocked that it no longer records from the iplayer (haven't tested any other server yet) but does record from youtube.

I did uninstall the demo and then reinstalled it with the key. In installation there was an error (something about deleting gopher.dll and ahook.dll) so i uninstall it again and then restarted then install with no problems.

The stream is not even showing up in the list now :(

The settings for the plugins are all standard like they were before.

Any help appreciated!!

You can record iPlayer in standard mode, but not the high def version.

Hopefully, Applian will work this into an update ?...

Unfortunatly it records in neither mode. With the trial I could record the high quality one though.

I am putting a new media centre of together at the moment so will try on that. It's just anoying that it worked before I bought it :)

I feel like such a fool!!

It was content filtering on our astaro firewall that for some reason blocked it when it was registered. (I guess it was the registation URL or something)


So now downloading full HQ iplayer :) one happy customer!

Just a shame spent so long installing so for it.
