Flash video player after using media catcher plays in "fast forward mode"

After using replay Media Catcher i attempt to replay the video using the default video player "Flash Video Player" the video plays in Fast forward mode at about 5X normal speed any suggestions?

I used to have the same problem when I recorded live feeds without audio. There are several ways to fix this. Open RMC click Tools then Plug-In Options, under the FLV Timestamp change the Increment to about 300-500.

Another option is to use a program called Avidemux 2.4 to slower the frame rate. You can download it here http://avidemux.berlios.de/download.html
