These might be a dumb questions, but....
1: do you have "super download" enabled?
2: did you try changing the "flv timestamp" setting?

It was reported before (https://forum.applian.com/showthread.php?t=1046) that Megavideo imposes a limit after a certain amount of time spent viewing.
