In settings: The box with "Delete to Recycle Bin" blocks the part where you turn on or off a sound when a download is complete. No way to get at it. It's been like this for a while. Thanks for info on fixing it.

I don't mind doing that but I went to the trouble to go to a 2nd site and upload a picture of what I'm seeing so it could have a URL associated with it.https://postimg.cc/qtZfSwjC
