RMC takes a long time to start capturing

https://postimg.cc/MMQ9J9CbWhen I turn on record stream it always takes 6-8 minutes. As in the picture,sometimes retry is greyed out and then when it's available to click still have to do it 3 times. I read an earlier post here regarding proxy settings-internet explorer and tried it but it didn't change anything. Is there something else that can be done to solve this long delay? Each stream is different as to how it captures. Clean out your browser cache. Reboot your computer. Try and use the URL box instead of AUTO. If you need additional support contact tech support and give details and an example URL.

I've had problems when being asked to clear the cache. This time I read up on it to avoid clearing passwords and cookies. I cleared it and it did nothing to avoid the very long time RMC takes to start. It took 6 minutes and 4 times , first seeing a greyed out "retry" and eventually a clickable "retry. As a side note, when I went to look to see if a solution was given I couldn't find my post since all old and new posts were mixed up. It seems something is wrong with how new posts are listed.
