Can't log into Peacock

When I try to log into peacock it says my user name and password are incorrect but I know they're correct cause I can log into Chrome and Edge with them.

Any ideas?

Please submit a ticket to tech support. Include all the details including what method of capturing and what program you are using. The more details the better.
