Formerly RMC would start downloading when I would open a web page video. Now I must copy the web page URL ,paste it in RMC and hit download. I have the setting to record in mp4 but now it always records MPEG. A bigger file. Today, I'm unable to download a Youtube video. I also looked at my messages to see about contacting tech support but all my past messages are gone except for some kind of spam messages. Thanks for info to correct this.
