Getting Audio only from Facebook Video

What program would I use to get just the audio from a Facebook Video? Or do I have to capture the video first and then strip the audio from it using Converter? I am trying to reduce the number of steps to accomplish this.

If you only want the audio I would use Replay Music. Just turn off split on silence and tagging.
