Just completed a fresh install of Windows 10 1909 the other day and installed latest RMC 7.0.2.9.

When testing the DVR function noted the following: (1) the recording is NOT muted, and (2) the recording stops after 30 seconds.

Any settings I need to change?

We are aware of this. We should have a new update next week to handle this.

Ever since I did the Windows 10 update yesterday the DVR stops recording after 4 or 5 seconds from this site https://watchcharge.com/watch-live/

What are you using for audio in the settings of the program? Did you disable your secure boot on your computer?
