RMC Only Capturing ~25% Of The Screen

Capturing from Xfinity using RMC 7 in DVR mode will sometimes capture the entire screen, other times it only appears to capture about 25% of the screen.

Not sure if this is a setting I'm missing, or how to tell which streams may do this and when they do how to adjust for it.

Make sure the browser you are using is not set to zoom over 100 percent. Also, make sure your display settings on your computer are set to 100 percent.
