Programs do not load while using VPN

RMC will not load if I first use NordVPN. I live in Canada and like to watch BBC, but if I first connect a VPN before launching RMC, the program will not launch - I get an error message about not finding the page. It is frustrating, as I have to disconnect my VPN, start RMC, and then re-connect the VPN. Why doesn't RMC launch with VPN connected?

Our program does not support all of the different VPNs that are out. Have you tried a different VPN? Also, do make sure you are using the latest version of our program. I personally use IPVanish for my VPN.
