Bad sound quality

I am able to record videos but the sound quality is awful. I am using Windows 10 and have the recording setting to stereo mix. Can anyone help, please?

Are you using Internet download? If so the sound should be the same as what you hear. Share a link so people can try it

I have downloaded the programme onto the computer and use it from there. I don't know how to do internet download.
