Does anyone have any suggestions for which file is the best to convert to so that I can then burn to a dvd? Not worried about time. I want the best quality. My vids are currently either .wmv or .mp4. Thanks.

Most DVDs are using MPEG as the format. Give that a try and see if you like how they are.
