What format settings for DVR?

Hi,

I have a Dell XPS 15 2in1 laptop with a 4k screen running on Windows10. I have attempted to capture Netflix but the picture is either very pixelly or i only capture a portion of the screen.
The format settings are numerous. How does one pick the correct setting fr my laptop?

DVR is probably not going to work with an XP computer. I personally use the Chrome option and the default settings on my Windows 10. Also, in the settings-under DVR turn off hardware acceleration.
