Upgrade to Replay Media Catcher 7

I have Replay Media Catcher 6 (RMC 6) as part of my Replay Capture Suite for Windows.

After an Upgrade prompt from RMC 6, I purchased the Upgrade for RMC 6 to Replay Media Catcher 7.

I provided my email address, completed the payment information for the Upgrade, downloaded and installed the RMC 6 Upgrade, Replay Media Catcher 7.

However after the installation of Replay Media Catcher 7, RMC 6 remains unchanged, not upgraded.

1. Is this the way the Upgrade was suppose to be implemented?

I was provided by email a registration code for Replay Media Catcher 7 that is different from the registration code for my Replay Capture Suite for Windows which is suppose to be for all Replay programs.

2. Is Replay Media Catcher 7 included in my existing Replay capture Suite?

You have to download the new version of RMC 7 first, then install it on your computer. There should be a new icon on your desktop for the new RMC 7. Make sure you click on that. I hope this helps. :)
