When trying to download
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-XXv-cvA_iCUQkarn2fxB3NggnPF_dob
some of the videos fail to do so, with the very latest, freshly bought Replay Media Catcher version.

Any advice?

Try using a different format. Each stream is different so if you are using one format select a different one and see if that works better for you.

Hi Cheryl,

Replay Media Catcher 6 - have been using for ages with no worries.
Have had trouble for the past week with YouTube downloads. It started with attempts to download the videos on https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2tbarHYr9FsAgYj8nI2eeg or https://www.youtube.com/user/mrjohn3840/videos.
After this - with any individual video I tried - on reaching 99 or 100%, I get a Microsoft Windows warning saying ffmpeg.exe has stopped working. Downloading status then freezes at 100% and turns into Connecting status, remaining inconcluded.
This time it is still happening but I have had a few successful downloads which come out in the unusual WEBM (VP8, 640x360 / Vorbis, VBR) format.
Also recently installed v. 6.0.1.44

Please tell me what I should do to get back to normal.

Thanks

Hello Cheryl,

this is an overview:

How do I change the format after the download failed?

For detailed support you do need to contact tech support as info on your operating system, browser, if you are converting, etc. need to also be given.

Windows 10 x64 10.0.14393.187
I am copy-pasting the link of the playlist into RPM - there is no browser involved. There's also no conversion planned.

So how do I change the protocol now?
