View Full Version : RMC 6.0.1.27 Blue screen issues?

I was trying to snag some YouTube video the other night, several times, I might add, when each time I was downloading the video, my computer would go nuts and I'd end up in a blue screen. This happened each time I was trying to download video with the version listed above.

It only stopped after I didn't open and use RMC again.

Has anyone else had problems like this? How would I go about diagnosing this and fixing it? RMC is a fav program of mine and I paid good money for it. It'd hurt not to be able to use it as intended.

Oh, I use Windows 7 SP1. If you need any other info, let me know.

Please do try again-that is not the norm at all. Clean out your browser cache and reboot first. If you have the issue again contact tech support as details will be needed.

Here's an update for you. Dunno what happened, but since my posting this topic, I dunno if it's a combo of a restart, an upgrade of my GFX card driver, or an update to the program itself, but RMC has been running like butter. I'm loving it and definitely getting my monies worth.

If I have any more issues, I'll be sure to come back for help. For whatever your team did to the program, thanks!
