Converter keeps putting my computer to sleep

I've just upgraded from an old version.

When I'm converting a file, my computer goes to sleep every 20 minutes. I've set prevent sleep/hibernation to 'on'. I'm not putting the computer into sleep. It just sleeps. And only when converter is running.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I"m converting a file at the moment and it is now putting my computer to sleep every 5 minutes.

This is not something I have seen or had reported before. Please do make sure it is not set to "on". In settings select the counterclockwise arrow as it will set you back to defaults. Verify your settings. Then give it a try.

I've done that. IT is still happening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It is still happening.
