video recording very magnified in windows 10

i can not get the video to record the proper size. all i see are heads. ive tried everything. adjusting the resolution down, adjusting zoom. nothing is working has anyone ever had this problem/. thanks

What version of the program are you using/ Are you using background mode or standard mode? How many monitors do you have? Are they the same resolution? as you can see there are a lot of questions. This would be best if you submitted a ticket to tech support for this.
