Before I was able to record while connected to hidemyass vpn, but now I can't for whatever reason. Can you help?

You are using an older version of the program and it could be that the stream has changed and that is why it won't work. As an example YouTube changed twice in the last month and our developer updated the latest version of Media Catcher to go with that.
