Please verify the program and the version number you are using. Thanks.

Hi Gorelow

You posted this in the Replay Media Catcher forum - I'm moving it to the Replay Video Capture forum where it belongs and so you can get the support you need :)

NOW - having said that, have you tried using another browser, perhaps firefox or chrome?

Thanks for clarifying!

Jeff

In most cases it will not record with Edge. Right mouse click and see if you can have it open with IE. If you share the link we can test it on this end.

there really is no link. its from the windows store and when you click on the link it opens up another window and plays. theres no link from what i can see. is it only a matter of time until chrome invents something that blocks applian recording as well?

It is just a file name so we can't test it.

Same problem. No ability to capture stream with the Microsoft Store app in Windows 10. This is seemingly exclusive to Windows 10.

For Applian support staff to test: You'll need a Windows 10 computer, open the Windows Store app and watch a free movie trailer. The trailer is opened directly in the Windows Store app (not in a browser window, and there's no link to get it into a browser window). I've tried capturing the stream with RMC6, when a movie was playing in the Windows Store app, also with a trailer, and RMC6 apparently doesn't see either stream because nothing is recorded when RMC6 is in the auto capture mode.

for that you would use our screen capture program and not Replay Media Catcher. This is actually on Replay Video captures forum. Thanks.
