No Recordings after Windows 10 upgrade

After installing the Windows 10 upgrade, I no longer see anything in my Recordings tab when I start any recordings or set a schedule to record. Tuning works, orange light turns on but no recordings. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you did not do a fresh uninstall, reboot, and install of the program please do that for me. Also, check the box to delete settings. Then give it a try.
