Replay Video Capture GetVideo not working properly

I recently upgraded from Replay Video Capture v6 to Replay Video Capture v7 and when using GetVideo it does not line up the record markers with the video window. it sometimes captures the window correctly even though the area marked is way off but it is difficult to tell when it is working properly since the area doesn't match. Sometimes the recorded video is cut off. It worked fine with Replay Video Capture 6. I'm using Replay Video Capture 7.4.1, Win 10, FireFox and IE 11.
This example is with Youtube but the same thing happens everywhere.

Even though it was about Win 8 it also fixed the problem in Win 10. Putting the scaling to 100% worked. As I am using a 4K screen I wanted text to be a bit larger. This is a HUGE PAIN since it worked in Win 7.

Will this ever be fixed?

The developer is working on an upgrade that should handle this issue in a different way. I don't know details as of yet on this, however.
