Capturing a video

I can get the usual video capture screen on my pc but when I go to the video I want to copy I seem to toggle between the video or the @capture' screen; how can I 'get video/resize/etc.' when I can't get the 2 screens together ?

Solved it myself ! I think !
|I was previously using Chrome web browser but I tried again using Firefox and it worked perfectly.
