RMC 6 says URL not supported but was captured just fine in RMC5

I paid for the the upgrade on the RMS because of all of the new bells and whistles supposedly on the programs. Unfortunately, I started RMC6 to try to download some youtube videos and get the msg "URL not supported." ???? The same videos download fine on RMC5 so what's the problem? I've looked through the various settings and can't find what needs to be changed.

I tried downloading the same videos from YouTube using DVR and it says "unable to find speaker," and "URL not supported."

We had a recent update to our program (this week). If you have not tried it please go to our website and give it a try. If you continue to have an issue after that please do contact tech support.

I bought and downloaded the program just yesterday. I opened the program today and checked for updates and it says the one I have is up to date.
