If video is over an hour recording is in real play time! How can I speed it up?

I am recording several videos and one that was 53 minutes was no problem but every one that is slightly over 1 hour is recording in real time.
Can anyone help?

It depends on the video and the link. Some links do record in real time while others do not. If you do have an issue contact tech support with the link you are having an issue with.
