Change Aspect Ratio

I'd like to use Replay Converter to change a video from 16:9 to 4:3 aspect ratio. Converting to MPEG4 does not seem to offer a true 4:3 frame size. Is there something I am missing?

Select the format you want and then select the edit icon. Select the frame size and go to custom. Key in what you want there.
