RMC Only Records 8 min from Streamate

Using RMC 5.0.1.54, I'm having an issue where I can only record 8 minutes of a show from streamate. It doesn't matter if the show is longer than 8 minutes, it always stops at 8 minutes and shows complete.

Have you tried to play it back and see if it is complete. If it is an archive our program is recording as fast as your Internet and the server on the other end allow. It could be finished capturing it at that time.

Yes, I've tried many times. It's not an archive, it's a live stream.

You are going to need to contact tech support regarding this issue. Provide them with details and I'm sure they can get you up and running.
