RMC 5 does not recognize streaming adult videos

My computer recently ungraded to Windows 8.1. Prior to the upgrade I was able to capture videos from chaturbate.com (no audio though)with RMC version 5.0.1.54. Since the update RMC does not even recognize a stream is available. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and updating WinPCap, but still no luck. Any advice on how to proceed?

HI Ms,

It looks like they may have made a change to their streams - I use windows 8 and am not able to record them either with RMC

I actually do not work on RMC support (http://applian.com/support.php), can you submit a ticket please and see if they've got a work-around for this?

They may want to test a few things or look at a log file from your RMC sessions.
