Change 'default' mp3 to mp4 video logo?

I want to convert multiple mp3 audio files into mp4 video format without adding specific video clips to them individually. Having done several files, I see that the 'default' video display/logo on the now converted mp4 file is:

Is there a way to somehow change this to another image?

I believe that is the icon for wndows media player-your default player. If you change the player I believe the icon should change.
