Jaksta Media Player: Radio recording

I recently installed Jaksta Media player to record radio programs. The problem I am having is that when I try to schedule a radio program (Audio record-application, in browser, at completion=none, MP3) I end up with the recording saved with multiple files. For example, a one hour recording gets broken up into 6 error files and 6 recorded files some of which may be one minute, 10 minutes, 45 seconds, etc.) Also, the length of the individual files do not add up to the total. I have filed a ticket and am waiting for a reply.

Not having an idea what is wrong I am not sure what info is needed. Does the browser cause problems??
I am using Chrome at present. Should I try uninstall/reinstall?
