REPLAY Media Catcher (latest version) has stopped working

My computer crashed a couple of days ago and Replay Media Catcher stopped working , or , to be more precise , I get a window saying that Windows (7) is searching for a solution to the problem (which it never finds) . I reinstalled the program but I still get the same message . At the same time , my antivirus warns me about the dangers of two files : win64cert.dll and win32cert.dll . Could they have something to do with the problem? Thanks .
