The app is not recording ..no down red arrow

i'm new to this app and trying to download some files from an adult site which uses flash vids.

i bought this software so it can catch it and now when i click record, nothing is showing up in the window. I looked at the video and i noticed that there is no "down red arrow" next to the record tab...it just stays that same blue ring type of icon.

whats wrong? i hope i didn't waste my money!

I sent you a private message regarding this issue.

And just to make myself more clear, what i mean by the red arrow is that when you click the record button and it says its recording, there is no downward red arrow icon showing on the upper left hand side of the app like there is in the tutorial video you have on your website.
