RVC records audio, but no video, blank screen

I never had problems until I installed this latest version of Replay Video Capture with Background Screen feature. I can still size the screen properly, and the audio records perfectly but no video shows up, just a black screen where it should be showing the recording video.

Again, nothing has changed on my system EXCEPT upgrading to his newest version with Background screen capture.

How do I get RVC to work properly...again?

What version of windows are you using? Are you using background mode or standard? What browser? Thanks. If you do continue to have an issue contact tech support.

Windows 7, no hardware acceleration. I have tried both Background mode ON and OFF. No difference. All I get is Audio, no Video. Am using FireFox Browser.

You do need to contact tech support with details of what you are recording, etc. Also, what player you are using and other details.
