"Replay Media Catcher 5 has stopped working"

The title says it all, once I click the icon to start the program, this is all I get then windows shuts down the application. I have tried reinstalling the program; restarting the PC, nothing. Paid money for a product that doesn't work and now I can't use it for my radio show. Great job folks.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please un-install ALL versions of Replay Media Catcher from your PC.

Once this is done, reboot your PC (this is important) and re-install the LATEST version of RMC from here: http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/demo.php
