Replay Video Capture- cannot connect screen capture to tee

I recently upgraded to the latest version of replay video capture. The old version was working fine. With the new version when I try to record it gives me the message "cannot connect screen capture to tee". Help in getting this resolved will be appreciated. Thanks.

See what happens if you select basic and not enhanced in the settings of the program. If you continue to have an issue do submit a ticket to tech support.
