Blue faces

When I convert a mp4 file to a wmv file, there is a blue tint that makes faces and other objects look blue. How can I get a truer color translation? Thanks for advice.

I'm not getting this myself nor am I able to replicate it (good for me, not so good for you haha) - Please use the technical support section of the website to submit your tech support ticket and include your record log file:

Also, you are able to go into Replay Converter. Select options. Select to not use DirectShow codecs installed by Replay Converter. See if that makes a difference.
