Audio in Background Mode

I love the concept of background mode for recording. It's nice that I can still use my computer, however, when I am recording and get an audio sound from the other browser screen it still records that sound. For instance I was browsing facebook while recording and got a notification which made a sound, so that was also recorded. Is there a way to have it only record sounds from the browser window that it is recording?

I'm afraid not. It is going to record what it hears as it is a screen capture program. The developer is working on an option for this, however, so perhaps in a future update.
