I hjave used Media Catcher for some time, very successfully but I recently tried Video Capture 7 and find it better in many ways; however my question is 'Does it take up more resources/Memory etc. than Media Catcher?
If I am watching AND capturing a video my P.C slows almost to a stop which didn't happen with Media Catcher.
Is it the Applian program or something else slowing my P.C.?

Hi Paul - Replay Video Capture, being a screen recorder, records with the HIGHEST quality possible in order to record HD quality when needed. Based on this, it DOES indeed use more memory and resources than RMC. They're both great tools of course, but each has it's uses :o

Many thanks for your prompt answer, just proves what I thought - the quality with Video Capture is certainly better but I shall revert to Media Catcher for general use.
Best wishes
