WinPcap not working

Hello.
I hope someone can help me.
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
After installing RMC 5.0.1.19 and clicking START then when playing youtube videos nothing happens (Applian Network Monitor works fine).
I have checked that WinPcap - NPF is running as a system task.
Also I have cleaned all temporary files with CCleaner.

You can probably do an uninstall/reinstall here. You should be fine after that. By the way, do you at least get an error message here? https://imagicon.info/cat/14-16/1.gif

Thanks dwaynnyt for your kind help.
After uninstall/install of RMC and starting the application I got this error message:
Unexpected error - C:\Windows\System32\iso-lat1.ent not found.
So I have discovered that WinPcap have to be installed after installation of Replay Media Catcher 5.
But WinPcap still does not work.

OK now, I have found the error.
It was because of software Bitdefender Internet security 2013.
If I turned Bitdefender OFF and Windows Firewall ON WinPcap worked as a monitor.
Looks like I will have to use APPLIAN NETWORK MONITOR as long as I use Bitdefender.
Some changes in Bitdefender settings might also work.
