Hi all,
I've been trying to figure out this issue for a while now. When I try to record I get the title of this thread pop up. I have downloaded and installed k-lite. I have downloaded and think I was successful trying to install the codec it says its unable to install and I have tried to reinstall the program numerous times but I just can't get it passed this message. This is when I try to record in MPEG-4 (AVI). Recording in wma seems to work though I just tried that setting. I haven't tested the quality of that yet.
Any ideas on how to solve it..
I also disabled microsoft security essentials too and that didn't work either.
