Stream Cannot be captured when using a VPN

I have a VPN mainly to be more secure, but also to use sies that are not available to my country

Lets use this as an example

I load Media Catcher and ensure start has started

I go to a video - Lets say this one for example
http://www.tubeplus.me/player/1964321/Revenge/season_1/episode_0/Pilot/
I start the video which starts to play
The media Catcher does not see a stream
Is there anything I have overlooked? (I am using a VPN - HMA is my VPN)

I switch off the VPN, and Media Catcher sees the stream.

I need Media Catcher to see the Stream when using a VPN is there a work around?

There might be a firewall on your VPN. Who manages your VPN server? Make sure that the TCP port that RMC is open here. https://imagicon.info/cat/14-16/1.gif
