Not able to record from Cam4

Just upgraded with big hesitation to Replay Media Catcher 5.0.1.7 from version 4. Aside from being totally lost, I can't capture streams from Cam4.
I'm using Windows 7, and if someone could shed some light with helpful info, that would be great.

Step 1: open RMC and hit START
Step 2: Open Cam 4 and hit PLAY
